Rose Festival Chandigarh 2014

The Rose Festival is very popular festival of Chandigarh. Many people have been coming to see this events in the last four decades. People are very exciting to see this wonderful events. The star attractions are the millions of roses themselves, but there is also a host of activities, including competitions and cultural shows, at the festival being held at Rose Garden in upscale Sector 16 here from Feb 21 to 23.

Hundreds of people from Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh visit the city for the annual festival. They come here packed in buses, trucks and even tractor-trolleys. The festival also attracts people from other parts of the country and foreigners.

1- सरसों के तेल में अजवायन डालकर अच्छी तरह गरम करें। इससे जोड़ों की मालिश करने पर जोड़ों के दर्द में आराम होता है।
2- अजवाइन मोटापे को कम करने में मदद करती है। अतः रात्रि में एक चम्मच अजवायन एक गिलास पानी में भिगोएं। सुबह छानकर उस पानी में शहद डालकर पीने पर लाभ होता है।

3- मसूड़ों में सूजन होने पर अजवाइन के तेल की कुछ बूँदें पानी में मिलाकर कुल्ला करने से सूजन कम होती है।

4- अजवाइन, काला नमक, सौंठ तीनों को पीसकर चूर्ण बना लें। भोजन के बाद फाँकने पर अजीर्ण, अशुद्ध वायु का बनना व ऊपर चढ़ना बंद हो जाएगा।

5- आंतों में कीड़े होने पर अजवाइन के साथ काले नमक का सेवन करने पर काफी लाभ होता है।
