Punjab Airports

Punjab State has three major Airports:

Punjab is a very famous and developed state of india and this state is also connect India to other country. So accessibility has become one of the most important factor for this state. Punjab has good transport facility which helps to connect Punjab to different state and country. So Punjab has well-established airport system which connects Punjab to other country and states of india. Punjab state has 3 major airports Amritsar International Airport, Chandigarh Airport and Ludhiana Airport. Chandigarh Airport and Ludhiana Airport are domestic airport but Amritsar is International Airport. These airports connect Punjab state with other countries. Aims of making airport in Punjab state is to it satisfy every need of the passengers, arriving or departing from the place All these three airport are have all the modern facilities like ATM centers, money exchange shops, book stalls, juice corners, wheelchair accessible and disabled care, living things, etc



Amritsar International Airport -
Amritsar is a International Airport which is aslo known as Raja Sansi International Airport. This airport is situated 11 km north-west from the city of Amritsar, India, and provides a large number of domestic and international airlines.

Chandigarh Airport -
Chandigarh is domestic airport which is also known as Shaheed Bhagat Singh Airport. This airport is 12 Kms East of Sec.17 Bus Stand. Airport is full with heavy traffic throughout the year. This airport filght is connect with each important city of india. This airport is popular because international cricket stadium and IT sector are here.

Ludhiana Airport -
Ludhiana Airport is located at a distance of 5 km from Ludhiana city center in the state of Punjab

The first of the Punjab airports connect the state to international as well as well as national destinations of significance while the other two Punjab airports serve as air link for the domestic flights.
