Baisakhi Festival is one of the most popular festival of Northern India especially in the state of Punjab. This is connected with harvest of Rabi crop, This festival gives lots of joy, happiness and gratification. This festival celebrates in the mid of april month.
Punjabi people are waiting the Baisakhi entire year. The enthusiasm and the eagerness is expressed through the local traditional folk dance of Punjab, popularly known as the "Bhangra" which represents the various stages of cultivation of the agricultural crops.
